Purpose of Fresh Mind
Fresh Mind is a wellness and productivity app that helps users become more aware of screen time through usage insights, produce state, progress views, garden progress, notifications, and related features. Fresh Mind is designed for reflection and awareness, not punishment or aggressive restriction.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fresh Mind lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission, submit abusive or unlawful content through community or support features, or use Fresh Mind in a way that harms others.
Screen Time Permissions
Certain Fresh Mind features require Apple Screen Time related permissions. If you do not grant these permissions, some features may be limited or unavailable. You can manage permissions through iOS settings where Apple provides those controls.
No Medical Advice
Fresh Mind is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you have health concerns, speak with a qualified professional.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Fresh Mind may offer paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases through the App Store. Any final pricing, trial duration, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund eligibility will be shown by Apple before purchase. Do not rely on website placeholder copy as final App Store pricing.
Community and Feedback Features
Fresh Mind may include community wish, feature request, voting, or feedback features. By submitting content, you give Fresh Mind permission to use it to evaluate, improve, and communicate about the app. Do not submit private, sensitive, illegal, or harmful content.
Changes to the Service
Fresh Mind may change, pause, remove, or add features over time. We may also update these terms when the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Availability
Fresh Mind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide a stable, polished experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will work on every device or iOS version.

If you download Fresh Mind through the App Store, Apple's terms and policies also apply. Apple is not responsible for Fresh Mind except as required by applicable App Store rules or law.
