Fresh Mind is designed to help you understand your screen time through a calm produce metaphor. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, why it uses it, and the choices you have.
Information Fresh Mind Uses
Fresh Mind uses Apple Screen Time related permissions, including Apple frameworks such as FamilyControls and DeviceActivity where available, to calculate usage insights, daily clarity, progress, and produce state. Screen Time data is used to help the app show how your produce changes as your screen time changes.
Fresh Mind is not designed to read message content, browsing content, photos, contacts, emails, passwords, or private content inside other apps. Apple Screen Time permissions provide usage information, not the content of what you viewed or wrote.
Local Data and Persistence
Fresh Mind may store app data locally on your device, such as your profile settings, reset time, notification preferences, screen time summaries, produce state, garden progress, weekly summaries, and inbox records. Some app data may be shared locally with Fresh Mind extensions or widgets through the app group container so the app, widget, and Screen Time related extensions can work together.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Fresh Mind may send reminders, decay alerts, tier updates, or weekly summary notifications. You can manage notifications in iOS Settings and, where available, inside the app.
Community Wishes and Support
If you submit a community wish or vote on a suggestion, Fresh Mind may send the text you provide, vote information, timestamps, and a generated device identifier to the service used to power that feature. If you contact support by email, your email address and message are handled by your email provider and used to respond to your request.
Analytics and Tracking
Fresh Mind is intended to minimize data collection. This policy should be updated before release if additional analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or third-party tracking tools are added.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If Fresh Mind offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, payment and purchase processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Fresh Mind does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Children
Fresh Mind is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided information to Fresh Mind, contact us so we can review the request.

Fresh Mind is a wellness and productivity tool. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Fresh Mind changes. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date.
